What are you thinking?


We control so much more than we realize. I mean, think about it. If you think you're going to have a bad day (not disregarding intuition - we will get into that another time) then you're going to start experiencing some kind of emotions that correlate with having a bad day. Then your experience becomes impacted. It's like the advice that we have probably heard so much in our lives, when you dress better, you feel better. But it is TRUE!

Now, I'm not suggesting ignore how you feel and ALWAYS be cheerful. That would probably be a bad idea when it is all said and done. What I am suggesting is think about things from a 'half full' perspective.

If I think my glass is half full, then I'm not as bummed out about not having that much wine left (JUST KIDDING!) but I hope you understand where I'm going with this.

If there is a pattern of heavy thoughts zooming around in your head, chances are, your emotions will follow, and your experience will soon morph into a black hole and suck you in!
